Couples
Most couples don’t come to therapy because they don’t love each other.
They come because they’re stuck.
Maybe you’re having the same argument over and over. Maybe communication has turned into criticism, defensiveness, distance, or silence. Maybe you’re feeling more like roommates than partners.
Whatever brought you here, therapy can help you understand what’s happening beneath the conflict and find a way forward.
My role isn’t to decide who’s right or wrong. Together, we’ll slow things down, identify the patterns that keep showing up, and work toward healthier ways of communicating and connecting.
I draw from Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), which means we’ll explore both what’s happening inside each of you and what’s happening between you.
Couples often come to therapy wanting to:
- Improve communication
- Rebuild connection and trust
- Reduce conflict
- Feel heard and understood
- Break out of unhealthy relationship patterns
- Strengthen their relationship
We’ll have honest conversations, take accountability where needed, and focus on creating meaningful change.
Because being stuck in the same cycle is exhausting.
